It is so cathartic to finish a session like what I had with Trang and her family. Oftentimes, I kick myself after a shoot for missed opportunities but this one felt just right...or at least enough for me to forgive myself (the inner self deprecating artist mentality is very real). Trang and I both envisioned having a bicycle for the shoot. Believe it or not, the right looking cruiser is really hard to come by. Luckily, we both didn't give up easily. Walmart and Trang's wonderful hubby came to the rescue at the very last minute. I'll tell ya, I had been so obsessed with finding this bicycle that when Matt walked toward me next to the powder blue cruiser with a beautiful spring bouquet in the basket , it made me more excited than had I seen prince charming on a white horse. And their boys, oh, their endearingly mischievous little heartthrobs stole the show. Come to think of it, we didn't even need the bicycle - their boys were the center of attention and didn't need any prop to assist.
